You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date of
delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. * Some exclusions do apply Your item must be in the original packaging.
For the products that are marked non-returnable can only be exchanged if received either damaged or different from the item ordered. Proof of damage as it arrived might be required.
Upon submitting your online return or exchange, you will receive a return label via email. For returns, a fee will be deducted from your refund for the label that is emailed to you. If you use your own return carrier you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds Once the seller receives your item, the seller will inspect it and notify you that the seller has received your returned item. Seller will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, refund shall be initiated $DeSo wallet. As a seller, it is the duty of the seller to avoid such cancellations and related charges since the same leads to loss of reputation of the seller on the portal. A suggestion that the seller may consider to improve their ratings is to update their stock file to avoid taking orders that are not in their inventory in the first place. This will help to ensure that items ordered are in stock and so that it can be delivered well in time. Seller cancellations do have an adverse impact on the seller and EverythingStore. A seller, in order to improve their ratings on the portal, as well as to increase customer satisfaction, should put in all efforts to ensure that returns and cancellations are minimised by delivering top quality products well within the time frame.
